Open Outlook, not outlook express. Go to tools menu, and click accounts or account settings and click new, Microsoft exchange.

enter your data and click next.

for exchange server type in exchange, uncheck the use cached exchange mode. and add your name or username and click check name. When it finds your name

click next to finish.
